I found one and it's call "Ekit". It uses tmobile frequency. It costs me six bucks with ten dollars starter. I will add more minutes later. I might get Khmer local sim card for my phone so I can make cheap call locally. But who will I call local when I'm there? hahaha Anyway, can I borrow a few thousand dollars? I'm cash strapped right now. I know you're loaded.
